Brief Specification Description: The rural environmental comprehensive management village road maintenance in Xuanqiao Town covers a total of 11 villages (excluding Changchun Village), encompassing 597 village roads with a total length of 199,244.53 meters and an area of 589,824 square meters. The daily maintenance work for these village road facilities includes the repair of road surfaces and subgrades, as well as the upkeep of various warning signs, protective facilities, and manhole covers.

二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：促进中小企业发展、促进残疾人就业等；

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3.1本项目专门面向中小企业采购。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3.1 This project is exclusively reserved for procurement from Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).
3.2 Not be included in the list of judgment defaulters, parties involved in major tax violation cases as shown on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn), nor be subject to the record of serious violations and dishonesty in government procurement on the "China Government Procurement Network" (www.ccgp.gov.cn). This qualification is based on the applicant's credit record within the three years preceding the deadline for submission of the initial response documents.        

(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
